Playing the physical games.

just disappointed waiting after to be served. seated quickly but we were quite hungry and ready to eat and server took a while to come to tablefun games and great team building activity

Bar staff is extremely rude unless everyone ordering wantsBar staff was extremely rude when we waited in line to order 2 sodas and one beer. We were told to go stand in the food lines we didn’t want food, to order there so my other guest opted to not get a beer. I didn’t want to purchase anything after that. If you don’t offer sodas at the bar counter then why are they on the menu?

Rules of the game would help make the experience betterSome rooms were fun but some we just didn’t get it and not knowing the rules definitely made the experience less enjoyable. Recommend installing air fresheners/purifiers because some other guests contributed an odor to certain rooms/areas.

The staff was great, it really boiled down to not feeling like I knew enough about what I was supposed to be doing to have any fun. A simple prompt would have gone a long way to making it more fun. There should be an option to ask for hints if you want or after a certain time if people are really failing.

team members were nice in helping find certain things.. but they have so many team members and the rooms aren’t explained enough.. all they give is “tips and hints” which makes the room not fun when you walk into a room and can’t figure out what to do.. they should have team members near rooms to explain the room better. Alcohol drinks were nasty and expensive .. could’ve went to a fancy dining restaurant for cheaper drinks.. & food was 4/10.. wasent bad but pricey for value ..

The highlight of my visit was the freedom I had to explore and do whatever I would like to do. I enjoyed the food and the kind staff.
