Team member Brandon was extremely knowledgeable and helpful; truly went above and beyond and started our night off with a five star rating for Level 99.

I was very disappointed with our experience at Level 99. My family of six paid approximately $255 for two hours, and unfortunately much of that time was spent confused and trying to figure out how the games and challenges worked. The instructions provided for many of the games and challenges were not adequate. We often felt lost and did not understand what we were supposed to do or how to successfully complete the challenges. As a result, we spent a significant amount of time trying to figure out the rules instead of actually enjoying the experience. In addition, there was not enough time to complete many of the games and challenges, especially when so much time was spent trying to understand how they worked. Better explanations, demonstrations, or staff guidance would have greatly improved the experience. For the amount of money we spent, I expected a much more enjoyable and user-friendly experience. Unfortunately, my entire family left feeling frustrated and disappointed. Based on our experience, I would not return and would not recommend Level 99 to others unless significant improvements are made to the instructions and game explanations.

It would be nice for employees to be more present in the gaming areas for support and monitoring. It would also be helpful for them to explain the layout and how things work before your time starts

The intro video didn't tell us how to find the instructions for the challenges. The instructions were not clear. So I didn't know how to do the challenges. It was hot in there too. No ac.

The staff at Level99 Tysons was great - very nice and helpful! That's about all the positive I have to share, though. The place was overcrowded, and a bunch of unsupervised kids were running wild. On multiple occasions, kids were banging on and (what sounded like) kicking the locked door of the challenge room we were in. There was a wait for every room. Many of the rooms were not working properly once we got inside, and many others were closed for maintenance. Overall, I do not think the experience was worth $30 pp, let alone over $100 for our group of 4.

While a lot of equipment was under maintenance, I felt like there was so much I could try again after my two hour visit. However, I was a little too short to do some of the things, so for some activities I had to be a little more physical

Felt a but too busy. Did not appreciate the teenagers running in the hallways. People were so loud it was hard to communicate in the rooms.
