The rooms of course! I mean very creative and different not too difficult. I loved it

N/AThe weight time for challenges were minimal and it was not as crowded as when we were leaving. The games were fun but I do wish the explanations on some games were a little clearer.

Customer Service

It was almost over crowded, I thought the amount of people would be limited because I had made an appointment. But there was almost too many people everything was a constant wait which gets old fastThe smile on my kids faces.

Your staff was friendly but not helpful. Friendly greeting but the willingness to assist or help out with registration lacked empathy. Quick to tell you to follow the instructions. When dealing with small or groups of 6 or more your staff should asked customer questions regarding their party and not have people standing around or push people to the side.While light blue tee shirts are everywhere on the floor.
