Please explain how the bands work in detail. We were lost as to how to pause gameplay and my band kept not working or stopped working during my visit and I had to go to the front like 4 times :(

From start to finish, the Level99 team was amazing. Very communicative and accommodating, they answered all my questions and were quick to help once the event started. The service was phenomenal and the food was delicious. There wasn’t a single coworker who left without a smile and compliment for the team. Thank you all for helping put together such a fun event for my office. They had a wonderful time and you all were so kind and helpful. I hope we have a chance to come back here again for another event. I know I’ll be back with friends and family!

Some challenges that use sensors to determine the location of players can be a bit finicky but overall still felt mostly fair

We were told we could use the extra tickets for guests that did not attend. Are we able to get those? Thank you!!

Room names are too close and ambiguous to easily remember which room is which. A map of rhe facility would also be nice. I would also like to be able to log in online to see all of the things I can see when I log into a gaming station whlie playing. Otherwise, awesome.

I was honestly blown away by this experience. Everything was so thoughtfully designed. The rooms and challenges were exciting and fresh, the artwork and design was eye catching and intriguing, and the variety was immense. I came with 3 coworkers and this was meant to be just a fun thing to do together but turned into a real test of our communication skills and an opportunity to see each other’s strengths on display. I can’t recommend this place enough and am excited to come back for more.

I wish the 2 hour game was cheaper.

I had a great experience at Level 99, but some of the games were glitchy/too sensitive. We were unable to play the Floor is Lava game because each time, we would be eliminated at the same time when a stand lit on fire that none of us were on. When we tried to play the pirate brig game where you jump through the hole, we would lose because jumping through the hole would make the exit door shake and would thus eliminate us (even when the off limits sections were not touched). There may have been other overly sensitive/glitching games but I can’t remember at the moment
