You should only take reservations to limit the amount of people for each time slot. Too many people which resulted in waiting for rooms. There are no clear instructions on how to play some rooms it was a waste of time trying to figure it out and having to go back around to play if again if we wanted to.Some games are too short. Should be multiple tries or longer play time.

I think that you should really consider a single player option. I know that most people would not take it, but I feel like the single players are probably your biggest fans who bring people in. I would love to come by myself on a weekday afternoon but I can’t because I need another person. Most rooms can be played with just 1 person with the exception of maybe 4 rooms, so I feel it’s possible.

We loved the experience. Can’t wait to come again. Only 2 pieces of feedback.1) the Lava room at Tysons (not sure the exact name) was not working even though it was open. We tried it twice and it failed immediately.2) it would be wonderful to have the room by room data available on the account website. I wonder if there is a way to make the color-based games more inclusive for colorblind people, like adding shapes onto the colors. Axe run seems like it favors thinner individuals rather than fat people. Finally, some of the rooms could really use a good blast of a/c. Otherwise it was so fun and I'm going to come again.

One room was broken - no lights came on when you went in, and it immediately failed you. Multiple times.Lots of employees who all hung out at the front counter. None walking around to help.

Had a great time, good mix of physical/mental/agility challenges. Much more fun than expected

The drinks/food did not taste good, and some of the staff members were incredibly rude. One woman at the bar made us feel like we were bothering her when we wanted to order something, and she was very snippy. Two of my colleagues waited over 30 min for their drinks. We were directed to order drinks/food at the bar, and we would go to the bar to be told to go over the other side to other them. We would them go to the other side and be told to order at the bar. Staff was disorganized but the main issue was the attitude from some (not all) staff members. People at the check in were great. Food/drink quality was disappointing, and the ramen salad tasted like play doh/rubber. I didn't finish a single drink.

It would be nice if there were a video of how to play each game on the screen before entering the room, instead of trying to figure it out in the room and waste time.
