A good majority are not working properly. Not registering specific platforms, and failing even though they were completed properly. Starting as soon as the door opens is also bad because it causes you to rush in and lose time before even getting the whole group in. Overall fun but not always enjoyable.The rooms were unique. I liked how each one was a different theme

The checkin experience with the kiosks, we found to be unnecessarily complicated and clunky - couldn't find waivers that people had signed, couldn't log in with credentials we already had, etc. If you have an online reservation, you should be able to check everyone in at once with that reservation code (instead of everyone having to do it separately on separate kiosks) and you should be able to attach waivers in advance using that code. We spent at least 20 minutes of our time just checking in.just getting to do fun puzzles with our youth group kids

There should be a tutorial video at each game because it was frustrating to read the hints and soon as you get inside the room , one incorrect step stopped the game before you had a moment to get set. We didn’t get the concepts of what was expected from the hints and expected that we’d be able to figure it out inside but the timer had already started before all 4 entered.There were a variety of games for all level of players.

It was too crowded. Had to wait for each room that ate up time that I payed forplaying with my kids

They should be an option where you get the instructions for each room on an app or something. It was frustrating that by the time we figured out the room we ran out of time and that kept happening over and over so we didn't get to play as much.Many options

My date.Other than that, the games were awful. Would have been helpful if there were tutorials shown on the screens prior to entering each game. We had no idea how to play, and the games quickly ended without being given additional chances with the allotted time for the game(s).
