You may want to consider placing caution signs for exit doorways throughout the floor. I got hit when passing by an exit door when a group of players were exiting their room. It took me by surprise. Thankfully, I wasn't hurt.

This was my second time hosting a corporate team building event. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The food is excellent and the games are so fun! Thank you for a wonderful time.

WAY TOO LOUD! you all need to install something to dampen the SCREACHING children. Inside the games and we couldn’t hear each other. Made the challenging hearing instead of the actual game which was disappointing

Felt like the point of the priority pass was lost on our group.Would have been nice to know the layout for parts that we were looking forward to.Scoring system difficult to understand.Should be a way to re-engage the room if you fail in the first 10 seconds.Time or point reduction instead of just ending a room, especially with 5 people

The explanation of the games are not great for younger kids.

The hostess/ person that checks you in coming into the facility, it was the only person that was not of top tier customer service. Stood in line and I told her what we were there for our group reservation, and she just looked at me like I was stupid. I had to repeat myself 2 times she asked to see the. Reservation and there was people behind me that were from my group and she didn't understand after I told her they were all with my group. After finally, getting her to understand and everyone getting their band on, she gave us no instruction.So we just stood there.I had to tell her, this was new for everyone.Except for me, so can you please tell us how this works?And i've never done a group reservation before. She pointed and told us to go inside to the far back corner, to get logged in. No additional instructions because she failed to give us any additional instructions.While we were going through the group login, there were some issues because we didn't do it all from the same computer.However, the people on the inside were so much better was able to figure out that she needed to tell us to go to 1 computer to log in. Because we had already started.There were some errors, and they had to maintainly fix it.Because the hostess person failed to give us directions

I loved that there was a water available to stay hydrated but wish it was cooler temperature. Also, wish the place was more air conditioned.

Certain athletic rooms should have multiple "lives" equal to the amount of people who checked into the room (EX: Rope swing room) - if you're in a group of anything more than 1 person touching the floor on this room immediately means anyone who hasn't gone yet doesn't even get a turn. So if the first person goes (especially if they're new to Level 99) and fails/steps on the floor, room is now failed no turning back no credit please exit. On busy nights waiting potentially up to 5 minutes just to need to exit the room in under 15 seconds is not a great feeling.

Did not enjoy it at all. Booked 4 hours and left after 45 mins. Couldn't understand the games. Lines were too long. People were too rude. Cutting lines. Bullying. But i did get a refund so thank you. A+ customer service
