Yes. As a very smart 36 year old in addition to 4 other smart females in their early 40s, of the 16 games we played, probably about 14 of them were wayyyyy to difficult but its because the instructions were super unclear. You have to remember we're getting instructions for a game we have zero context about so one sentence isnt enough. I also didnt like that the time started as soon as you press the play button on the outside of the room. It doesn't give you time to adjust to whats in the room and whats happening and try to apply the rules you read to the game. So like now i have to try to memorize the instructions and take in all the components of the game at the same time. So its frustrating, then you make a mistake and its like "EXIT THE ROOM" like bro...it wasnt clear what to do! Then if your team attempts to try again after we finally realize what to do, there are groups waiting for the room so it was like a dud b/c you cant try again :(Suggestions of product improvement:1. Countdown after tapping play on the outside. Let the players know the time starts in x amount of seconds.2. provide video or voice instructions.3. if failed game within x amount of seconds, allow a retry option.4. offer solo player games (id be more likely to come more often if i didnt have to gather a group)I mean, if the goal was to make it so that I have to come back to memorize the games to pass them, then you met you're goal. But for a first time experience I was a bit bummed. Thanks for reading this!Playing the games.

The artwork aspect of the experience was the only downside. It was really confusing to figure out how that worked and even when we left at the end we still didn’t understand how it actually worked. The variety of challenges and skill sets required

You need better explanations of the game before you start playing. This is why Activate will always be superior to you guys. The artwork.

There were a few rooms that was not very clear how to win points in though they seemed pretty straightforward. For example there was a “bug smash” room that all you had to do was hit the blinking lights with the hanging balls, which we did, but always got 0points for and it was not clear why.N/

Come up with a better strategy for people to have access to challenge rooms. A certain order to go in or something. We didn’t know that we could just start anywhere and go anywhere. Always had to wait for rooms which ate into the time we had booked for

To be completely honest, Level99 exceeded my expectations. I liked it way more than I expected. I loved how a lot of the rooms had a low wait time (even on a weekend) and were physical challenges! I loved being active (it felt like I was getting a workout in).

It’s be an even better experience if the layout was better. You don’t even realize how many rooms there actually are ,and how many different things you miss out on.The rooms actually being challenging

It was fun.It would be great if there was a video at each station to understand better what to do. The hints are hard to understand. I wish there was a small window for others to see how others in your party did. It would make it even more amusing.
