Had a great time. Very surprised at how fun it was and challenging.

10%, at least 4 rooms were closed for maintenance. There should be more staff walking around to answer questions about unclear 'hint' directions or after trying the room. Some of the 'hint' directions were unhelpful, and some rooms were not obvious what to do...two that come to mind are the Maze, and the one with colored cord tied to wood planks to walk.doing physical challenges requiring partner - two people

A few random thoughts lol:1. The water at the water station was warm. Is it possible for it to dispense cold water?2. More hand sanitizer stations throughout the space would be great.3. There’s an attraction where you jump over a light and the sequence speeds up. Right now, the flooring is very hard. As a big active kid, this was pretty tough on my knees, and others in my party felt the same. The unsupervised kids running around trying to cut in line. I handle it.The amount of escape rooms and how the wait wasn't that long for each of them

Really enjoying coming for the challenge but when we went it was extremely hot. Like the AC was broken or something. It was nice they supply water stations but these were all room temp water. May I suggest if it is an AC issue,To put out fans or something. Also many rooms were broken and not working. Very disappointed.Really enjoy the games! But disappointed that some rooms were not working!

You advertise Adult-only fun yet there were kids under the age of 16 present. I did not bring my 18 and 16 year old children based on the advertisement and adult required for a minor playing.

(A) The challenges were incredibly unclear. We appreciate that figuring it out is part of the challenge, but we are pretty sure some things did not work as intended - but we had no way of knowing. We could have spent time - while waiting - trying to understand the challenge (B) Also, it was really loud, we could barely hear each other. Staff misheard my friend's phone number so he did not get notified when food was ready. During challenges, we could not communicate clearly due to all the noise. (C) I would recommend controlling the maximum number of people - right now the crowd are still profitable, but I won't be returning based on the volume and wait time.The highlight was having a shared experience with my friends. We were able to find each other at the front - there were even some chairs - prior to checking in.

Our group had a blast! The employees at the Tysons location are wonderful and very helpful with the account set ups and teaching us how to use the rooms.
