Give me my money back , that would be amazing. You signing in machines were terrible, keep on kicking us out and for the first 45 minutes we went back and forth 3 times because the wrist band weren’t workingDidn’t get enjoy/ long wait and we entered the games we’re stop working after couple minutes. Terrible. Spent about $500 and was such a waste

Staff is extremely kind and they SMILE rare to find great customer service these days - good training!The games are so fun and challenging but I’d limit the amount of people or recommend starting on certain sides or something

Several of the games were not working correctly, seems to be no interim qa/qc throughout the day to ensure everything is operationalSpending time with family

The vast amounts of games to choose from made the wait time for each room less important and the food and drinks were delicious. We also encountered a team member who was very helpful with the question and assistance we needed being our first but not last visit!

Was frustrated with non working rooms and high wait times throughout our time there. Would prefer a wait to get in

Wait times were too long. It was too crowded.During the game with the magnets moving a ball through the maze, multiple times when we got to the end and dropped the ball, it didn’t light up blue, even though we completed it, causing us to fail the room.Rooms where you can’t touch the floor should have clear instructions, so you don’t wait 5 minutes just to fail right when you walk inMost rooms were fun

Bar staff is extremely rude unless everyone ordering wantsBar staff was extremely rude when we waited in line to order 2 sodas and one beer. We were told to go stand in the food lines we didn’t want food, to order there so my other guest opted to not get a beer. I didn’t want to purchase anything after that. If you don’t offer sodas at the bar counter then why are they on the menu?
