From the moment we arrived, we were treated like family. Everyone—and I truly mean everyone—was incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive to our needs. We purchased a 2026 Mitsubishi Outlander SEL, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free. Richard did an incredible job—he was professional, kind, and genuinely cared about our experience. When we stepped out for lunch, he even went to the Hurst location himself to pick up the vehicle so we wouldn’t have to. That level of service really stood out. Everyone, from the time I was greeted at the door, sitting in the waiting room (they offered water), to the time I checked out, everyone was A-1 customer service. The best!The service crew was very professional and friendly. They text you letting you know if you have any questions or concerns let them know and gave you an update on where the car is at the moment. They didn't just leave you not knowing anything. That is great guest service to me.

The sales staff is easy to deal with, they explain everything about the vehicle you’re purchasing. Service is the best, Doug is always cheerful and pleasant to talk to. He explains everything.

This how all dealers should operate I'm not sure who trained geno and David but they were taught well to listen and put the customer first and provide the best deal really felt like geno worked for me not the dealer he deserve a bonus for his efforts and other dealers need to learn this is how you treat a customer and they will come back againGeno and David very easy to work with best dealer experience in have every had no longer waiting for anything found the car with features I wanted
