This recent visit, Derrick assisted me. I had not booked an appointment. I went in for an oil change and while waiting he informed me that my front brakes need replacing. I wasn't expecting that. At that point he offered a small discount on the brakes.Once the car was returned to me, I left but noticed a knocking sound. I went back to the dealership and let Derrick know. I asked him to jump in and I'll take him around the corner to hear what I was hearing. He jumped in action and notified the mechanic, he apologized, and told me they'd correct the issue. It didn't take long at all, maybe 20 mins. On my way out the door, Derrick gave me a card offering me 2 free oil changes in the future for the inconvenience of having to come back. Couldn't have asked for better customer service ESPECIALLY with no booked appointment.Because the customer is top tier!

This is a great place to buy a car... friendly and helpful and great service dept. as well...This place offers a comfortable waiting area... The Service Staff is always kind and helpful PLUS unlike some other dealerships in the area Lewisville Mitsubishi gives you free carwash everytime!!! Great Place and Great Car

We purchased a 2026 Mitsubishi Outlander SEL, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free. Richard did an incredible job—he was professional, kind, and genuinely cared about our experience. When we stepped out for lunch, he even went to the Hurst location himself to pick up the vehicle so we wouldn’t have to. That level of service really stood out. Everyone, from the time I was greeted at the door, sitting in the waiting room (they offered water), to the time I checked out, everyone was A-1 customer service. The best!The service crew was very professional and friendly. They text you letting you know if you have any questions or concerns let them know and gave you an update on where the car is at the moment. They didn't just leave you not knowing anything. That is great guest service to me.

The sales staff is easy to deal with, they explain everything about the vehicle you’re purchasing. Service is the best, Doug is always cheerful and pleasant to talk to. He explains everything.
