I went in for an oil change and was told the only thing I needed done soon was a transmission flush. My husband bought it back in again for the flush and then was told he needed 2 more things. Why did they not find these when they did the oil change? You supposedly do an all points check every time I bring in my car.Again the only I needed was a transmission flush and then they found something else I supposedly needed that they didn’t find last time. How well are you checking my car.

Still waiting for Doug to get back to me in regards to the Radio problem that I brought it in for. I was advised he was going to reach out to Mitsubishi to understand the setback in completing the radio update.Total time in general in order to complete the scheduled Service. It also would’ve been informative as the customer that I was going to receive additional electronicinformation while I was waiting for the vehicle for additional optional recommended service’s. I had no idea that I received this information for at least 15 minutes while I was waiting for the vehicle. For those that are not aware of this option, let your customer know that you may receive a text or email for additional services recommended. I was waiting for the service agent to bring me my keys to let me know service has been completed when I realized I received electronic information about additional recommended services, at which I responded. But again that was after 15 minutes passed before I realized this information was about my current service while I was waiting.During the diagnostic process, the radio update could not be performed. Mitsubishi was supposedly going to be contacted to find out why they couldn’t update the radio.Although the service advisor and the service manager showed initiative and willingness to fix and service the vehicle, they both were unaware of the problem that I had with the OEM radio installed in the vehicle. I appreciate the honesty an eagerness to resolve the problem, but at one point, I felt as if it was being brushed off. My wife is the primary driver of the vehicle. Upon returning the vehicle to her the same day I was not aware of the dangling access connector to hook up to the computer to diagnose vehicle issues. In addition, she was eager to learn what transpired with the Radio problem experiencing and was concerned about the dangling wiring harness at her feet when she got in the vehicle. She continued to have radio issues the same day the vehicle was serviced.Previous comments providedIn order for me to aid Lewisville Mitsubishi, and diagnosing the radio problem, which was a primary concern my wife had about the vehicle, constant disruption. I reached out to SiriusXM while the vehicle was being servicedin order to obtain additional information as to why the radio is doing what it’s doing. SiriusXM provided an acceptable explanation as to what would occur. SiriusXM provided an acceptable explanation as to what would occur if the problem stemmed with the SiriusXM system. Everything went smoothly during the deal.Jason and the finance manager were excellent through out the process and made us feel comfortable. It had been a long time since I bought a car and delivered very well and moved things along very quickly. I appreciate their help greatly.Had to fill out the credit application twice but other than that the site is fine.The customer service was excellent we were taken care of quickly.

Doug and his crew at Lewisville Mitsubishi know excellent customer service and support.Had a great experience from the moment I drove up to the time I left, there was nothing but genuine excitement and enthusiasm from the service department.
