Normally I deal with Lexus Milton Keynes who have been exceptional. Went to view a car at Lexus Belfast, paid a £250 deposit to reserve it and in the end decided not to progress with the purchase. After informing Lexus Belfast about this over email I didn’t receive any response or follow up communication. It has now been over two weeks and they seem to have decided to keep my money as I have yet to receive my deposit back.

Not willing to negotiate

I recently test drove a used Lexus ES300. It was arranged through Matthew. He was extremely helpful and I would not hesitate in contacting him in the future if another vehicle catches my interest. Thank you.

Overall my experience has been positive. My enquiry was handled in an efficient manner and I particularly appreciated the personal video presentation by James. Any questions I had were answered and I was given space and time to think about was and is essentially a considered purchase.
