Karl was fantastic from start to finish even when things on my end were all over the place he was reassuring and patient with me. Nathan who had a phone call with me was also brilliant and even on pickup of my car he came over give me and handshake and said congratulations which was very kind. My girlfriend and her mum were with me and were offered drinks and a biscuit while waiting, they both had a fantastic time and appreciated it.

Wanst told I could reserve a car whem I enquired about a test drive.Booked a test drive to be contacted stating someone else had reserved the car over the weekend online.

A friendly welcome at reception and a prompt viewing of the cars I was interested in the sales member of staff Charlie Smith had a great knowledge of the cars on offer and talked me through the different spec and models/ finance/ service deals/ on offer that I came to view. I bought a car from the dealership that was the spec and model I required and got a good fair deal on my trade in, so I was very happy with my purchase at Lexus Belfast, this is my third car that I purchased from Lexus Belfast and happy to do so.

Made an appointment to see a car, was asked to pay £500 to reserved the car. Declined but booked a test drive. On the day the car was still available but the sales guy was not.

Spoke to a very helpful man called Charlie Smith (i am almost sure that was his name) i explained my situation of when i would like to purchase a car , what type of car and he noted all my details and asked all the right questions . Very helpful, polite and very professional in his approach !He actually approached me in the car lot at the side of the Lexus garage to see if i needed any help

The staff were greta helpfulPolite and answered all questions the production test drive was lovely for city driving but lacked pinch on the motorway
