Dear Sir/MadamI recently purchased a Lexus from Charles Hurst Belfast. The sales representative I dealt with was Matthew Brown. Throughout our discussions I found Matthew to be an excellent communicator. He had obvious knowledge of the Lexus brand and helpfully pointed out the differences in the two vehicles I was interested in. This inevitably helped me to make an informed decision. When we discussed pricing and finance arrangements he provided reassurance by explaining Charles Hurst fare price policies. On not having the answer to one of my financial queries he sought out Nathan who again helpfully pointed out both the pros and cons of my options. On purchasing the vehicle Matthew walked me through the different systems and spec of the vehicle. A further helpful Lexus policy Matthew highlighted was my option to return with the vehicle for further assistance if I was unsure as to the workings of my new car.I found my overall customer experience with Lexus and Matthew to be excellent. I would have neither hesitation nor reservation in recommending any new customers when attending the dealership to ask for Matthew.Kind regards
