I had the vehicle booked in for a service check due to it being under warranty and having problems with the car.I arrived to the appointment early, to be told it will be 2/3 hours for a diagnostic check. I was left waiting 4/5 hours with no communication about the car and every time I asked for an update I was told to wait more time. Not impressed due to travelling a couple of hours to get to the franchise and having zero customer service whilst in the building

I would like clarification from Lexus in relation to a vehicle health check that was recently carried out - I was quoted £350 to replace tyres & wheel alignment. As the car is leased via Motability scheme , I believe that i should have been informed by customer service that that Lexus have an SLA with Kwik Fit regarding tyres ( they appeared to be unaware of this) . I subsequently had the car checked by Kwik fit and they informed that no work was required ! - Kwik fit rep physically demonstrated, via a gauge, that there was sufficient thread on all tyres .. which makes me wonder how Lexus service came up with different measurements ?

I arranged diagnostics test on 12.12.2025 for a faulty connection on the drivers side daytime running light. At the time of the booking I was given a quote of £170 for the test. I also arranged a courtesy car with a fee of £15 to cover insurance. I have received several text message reminders confirming the booking etc. At 12.10pm today, 11.12.2025 (day before the booking) I was advised the diagnostic test was £240 and the £170 I had been quoted was wrong and also there was no courtesy car available until the middle of January. Please can you look into this as this level of customer service is not great.
