Nathsn was very good, however the overall showroom standards gave an impression that cutbacks were taking away from previous impressions of the Lexus dealership.

Sarah-Jane was a pleasure to deal with, very professional and pleasant at all times. Her communication also was excellent throughout, so everything went smoothly. Being given a single smart key at handover was the biggest negative point for me, as I expect an expensive car to be supplied with 2 smart keys- Is this a Lexus policy or a dealer policy? Anyway I'm still hoping to get supplied with a second smart key.
