Generally excellent, didn't like documentation on the app which could only be actioned on my mobile and ended signing-up to a lot of things I could not read. The extended warranty/servicewas to a company I had never heard of and could not see the point of - would have preferred itto be in the name of Charles Hurst.

Sarah Jane was lovely and couldn't do enough for us. We test drove over 10 cars from different dealerships and Sarah Jane was so much more helpful than any other sales person. She's the reason we bought at Lexus

The whole process of buying another Lexus from Lexus Belfast was made stressfree with the sales team and Karl McErlean in charge,very helpful and a great knowledge of the vehicle I went onto purchase 👍
