From start to finish the whole experience was amazing. This was my first automatic and Lewis took the time to show my everything about the car and really put me at ease. Then when I collected the car he did the same thing, nothing was too much trouble. In addition to this the full tank of petrol and a gift box filled with chocolate and sweets was the icing in the cake! Hands down the best 'buying a new car' experience ever. Great customer service from everyone I dealt with at Lexus Belfast, Lewis in particular.

Sales man Adam was excellent he didn’t have the info we were looking for he told me he would email it (it arrived the next day) has promised to send any relevant info when it arrives (I have no doubt he will) Excellent service
