Friendly staff, good knowledge of car

Sarah-Jane was a pleasure to deal with, very professional and pleasant at all times. Her communication also was excellent throughout, so everything went smoothly. Being given a single smart key at handover was the biggest negative point for me, as I expect an expensive car to be supplied with 2 smart keys- Is this a Lexus policy or a dealer policy? Anyway I'm still hoping to get supplied with a second smart key.

Even though I’d received an Apology for being Kept Waiting Over An Hour(Not good when you are in pain) it really Wasn’t good form! Though I Do understand time runs over,this was Excessive! Though we were Kindly given refreshments, it doesn’t make up for it!

The excellent sales executive, Sarah Jane O'Hare, quickly made me feel at ease and she spent time with me to discuss the various Lexus model options which may suit my requirements and budget. At my request, she arranged an overnight test drive in a UX model which was beneficial and provided me with sufficient information to make an informed purchasing decision.
