Handover was very professionally done and the big reveal lift the car appearing behind the mirrored glass was definitely a wow moment! SarahJayne was lovely and couldn’t have done enough! The car is probably one of the nicest cars I have ever driven, so comfortable!

From start to finish the whole experience was amazing. This was my first automatic and Lewis took the time to show my everything about the car and really put me at ease. Then when I collected the car he did the same thing, nothing was too much trouble.In addition to this the full tank of petrol and a gift box filled with chocolate and sweets was the icing in the cake!Hands down the best 'buying a new car' experience ever.Great customer service from everyone I dealt with at Lexus Belfast, Lewis in particular.
