Generally excellent, didn't like documentation on the app which could only be actioned on my mobile and ended signing-up to a lot of things I could not read. The extended warranty/servicewas to a company I had never heard of and could not see the point of - would have preferred itto be in the name of Charles Hurst.

Sarah-Jane was a pleasure to deal with, very professional and pleasant at all times. Her communication also was excellent throughout, so everything went smoothly. Being given a single smart key at handover was the biggest negative point for me, as I expect an expensive car to be supplied with 2 smart keys- Is this a Lexus policy or a dealer policy? Anyway I'm still hoping to get supplied with a second smart key.
