Karen was polite and courteous. The keys were taken from me as soon as I arrived and I left in a loan car within about 5mins - other dealers will make you wait for a long time.The car was brought to me at the front door - again a nice touch as other dealers leave you to find your car in the car park.The little sweet treat on the dashboard made me smile and so I posted my experience on LinkedIn.
