From making the initial telephone contact, flying to Belfast from North West England to visit Lexus Belfast, being picked up at the airport and returned back by Lexus representative to completing the purchase and finally Lexus Belfast delivering the car to my door the whole experience was extremely positive. The staff at Lexus Belfast with particular recognition to James Childs and Adam Fletcher who could not have been more helpful, keeping me fully informed throughout the car purchasing experience.
