I find the customer service excellent. So much so I travel from Dublin to Belfast to get it. Your mechanics are excellent and they have resolved past issues I had with an older lexus . I would and have recommended you to other people. Karen is my one stop shop and extremely helpful.

Following initial enquiries, it took some time for someone to get back to me and I had to make few calls. Nevertheless, once a sales agent picked it up, it was a smooth experience. Customer service by James Child was great and the promptness in responding to enquiries and questions as well

The system is very thorough still I prefer to talk to someone in person to do the service booking to my liking. The service was done ahead of time and I was kept informed of it's progress from Lexus Belfast advisor Paul Kealey a big thankyou to all involved.
