The staff were very efficient, friendly and helpful. I loved that I received a link via text so I could check what stage the team were at with the service. Saved me hanging around. The wee complimentary bag of sweets left in my vehicle as a thank you, were a lovely touch. Thank you

I find the customer service excellent. So much so I travel from Dublin to Belfast to get it. Your mechanics are excellent and they have resolved past issues I had with an older lexus . I would and have recommended you to other people. Karen is my one stop shop and extremely helpful.

Following initial enquiries, it took some time for someone to get back to me and I had to make few calls. Nevertheless, once a sales agent picked it up, it was a smooth experience. Customer service by James Child was great and the promptness in responding to enquiries and questions as well
