We bought a Lexus es 300h. December 2021. It was picked up by my wife and I April 2023. Longgggggg time coming !!!!!!!! We also took in our Lexus is 300 h for a procedural recall. This was an ex experience and the health check video was also a first well done.

I booked an appointment for 11.00am and when I arrived, I was told it could take up to 3 hours for the service, which seemed a long time, especially as we were waiting!
