We bought a Lexus es 300h. December 2021. It was picked up by my wife and I April 2023. Longgggggg time coming !!!!!!!!We also took in our Lexus is 300 h for a procedural recall. This was an ex experience and the health check video was also a first well done.

I booked an appointment for 11.00am and when I arrived, I was told it could take up to 3 hours for the service, which seemed a long time, especially as we were waiting!

The delivery time was 14 months but not the dealers fault. Only 1 electronic key supplied due to shortages of chips. Everything else great

Experience was very positive, it was an unscheduled issue with a faulty sensor that I needed sorted quickly with MOT pending and I was fitted in for repairs straight away which was much appreciated and car has since passed the test
