I was looking for an NX 450+ for a while and thought I would have to go to mainland for it so was lucky when I called into Belfast and found that one was coming in the next week. Shannon Campbell was fantastic and I had the car bought and picked up within one week, great service. Would have know hesitation recommending Lexus Belfast and especially Shannon.

Staff friendly and attentive. Just one comment about the work performed- got new tyres fitted and the brand fitted wasn’t as discussed. What was used was acceptable alternative but I don’t think I was told about the change.

Great .. got a lift to work in Belfast and a taxi back to Lexus in the pm.. just a wee blip in communication about whether or not car would be picked up fro m home or not ..
