This is my seventh used Lexus from this dealership that I have purchased over the years. Nothing is ever a problem and are a real credit to the brand. Couldn’t be happier. It would be great if Lexus started a loyalty scheme for used car buyers such as the one from Lexus for the new car buyers to reassure the used car buyers that they are just as valuable as new buyers. Nothing to do with the dealership but would recommend that Lexus look into the matter so they could implement a favourable scheme.

Brilliant customer service and Icing on the cake was Lexus picking up the tab due to late delivery of new car. Recall was done as described.
