this nis my third Lexus and the Leather Keyrings are very weak and break at the neck i reported this to the dealership and they have already supplied me with a replacement for my latest Lexus which is just one year old with 6000mls. my mercedes is now 6years old and the similar leather keyring is as good as new. it's a shame that the supplier doesn't put a stronger neck on it

Whilst the condition videos are good - There was no video evidence of the fault diagnosis with the car. In the interests of transparency - I believe this should also be shared with the customer.

Warm and welcoming staff who did their best and presented the various options to purchase a car. After careful consideration I chose, on this occasion, to buy an alternative vehicle.
