Staff friendly and attentive. Just one comment about the work performed- got new tyres fitted and the brand fitted wasn’t as discussed. What was used was acceptable alternative but I don’t think I was told about the change.

Great .. got a lift to work in Belfast and a taxi back to Lexus in the pm.. just a wee blip in communication about whether or not car would be picked up fro m home or not ..

This is my seventh used Lexus from this dealership that I have purchased over the years. Nothing is ever a problem and are a real credit to the brand. Couldn’t be happier.It would be great if Lexus started a loyalty scheme for used car buyers such as the one from Lexus for the new car buyers to reassure the used car buyers that they are just as valuable as new buyers. Nothing to do with the dealership but would recommend that Lexus look into the matter so they could implement a favourable scheme.
