Karen was excellent with her communication to me from booking to completion. She estimated the repair to be 2 hours which was very accurate and she called me when the car was ready.

Brilliant customer service and Icing on the cake was Lexus picking up the tab due to late delivery of new car. Recall was done as described.

this nis my third Lexus and the Leather Keyrings are very weak and break at the necki reported this to the dealership and they have already supplied me with a replacement for my latest Lexus which is just one year old with 6000mls.my mercedes is now 6years old and the similar leather keyring is as good as new.it's a shame that the supplier doesn't put a stronger neck on it

Whilst the condition videos are good - There was no video evidence of the fault diagnosis with the car. In the interests of transparency - I believe this should also be shared with the customer.

Warm and welcoming staff who did their best and presented the various options to purchase a car. After careful consideration I chose, on this occasion, to buy an alternative vehicle.

From my arrival the lady at the front desk greeted me with a smile, then Paul my service advisor introduced himself, and took my car in for the service, and I also got chatting to Shannon, and Karen who are just like the rest of the staff a credit to lexus and Charles hurst company.

Karl was extremely informative about the vehicle and had all of the answers to any questions that we had.He was very professional in his approach and we never felt like he was trying too hard to sell the car.
