Helpful as usual. Also as the tyres needed alignment helped in the arrangements. I am in the process of discussing a trade in for a new vehicle, obviously if I was not satisfied with the service I would take my business elsewhere.

This was my 6 th purchase of a Lexus with Hursts Lexus Belfast. I am very well received at the dealership and know the majority of the staff there very well. Nothing is a problem if any rare issues happen. I cannot recommend this Lexus dealership highly enough. Every other dealership should take this as their own set of standards and could learn a lot from the Lexus mentality.

I found the staff helpful in many ways but there are some aspects which I feel should be considered for future customers particularly so for those over 70 years of age 1 Before I left I requested the sales person to explain the various aspects of the dashboard and fascia equipment which on reflection was fairly cursory and so I decided when I arrived home I would familiarise myself with the manual. I checked the vehicle as did my wife and could not find it; as a result I telephoned and was informed there was no manual supplied as it was all on line. I am somewhat surprised this was not disclosed to me at any tim (particularly so having asked for an explanation of the various dashboard equipment etc )and if I had been made aware of this I would have insisted on a much more detailed instruction. On going online there was considerable cross referencing in the manual which does not simplify the procedure. I would suggest it would be good PR to inform customers of the lack of a hard manual and provide a hard copy of some of the basics such as the dashboard and ancillary equipment including the various items on screen and the points for jacking the vehicle. Indeed I enquired re the fuel consumption which I had been given to understand was 36-40 miles per gallon and I now realise this could easily have been confirmed by checking the instrumentation on screen. My consumption according to the computer is in the region of 27-30 MPG 2 Having had the vehicle for a few days there are minor matters I have discovered but none the less annoying A. the windscreen washer on the drivers side only sprays some water on the bottom edge of the windscreen and to a great extent it is the water from the passengers side which is swept across by the passenger wiper blade which impacts on the drivers side B. The vehicle has been left out overnight and when the windows are opened and closed they are not cleared of the condensation/ water which surprises me particularly so as the car which I drove has 160000 miles and there is no such problem.
