Nothing to improve on Lexus is one of the outstanding brands

All the Lexus staff i had dealings with, couldn't have been more attentive and professional.

all the service experience was great, I really appreciate all the effort that the service manager put dealing with our situation, all the help and support, it would be hard to change to a different car brand in the future having experience the Lexus aftersales services. while the pandemic hit us hard financially, I hope we will be in a position in the future to move forward with going electric while staying with Lexus. many thanks again to everyone in the Lexus dealership, especially the service manager.

Excellent and friendly staff much better than my previous dealership Audi Belfast. They have lost a customer you have gained one. I love my 300h and will possibly look next year to update.

I find that Lexus Belfast is very consumer friendly and try to do everything they can to satisfy my requirements. I travel 4 hours round trip to have my cars serviced in Belfast because I feel they are skilled mechanics and honest, not charging where unnecessary. I trust them and recommend them to all my friends.
