I don't really write reviews but in this case I ll make an exception. Service department, sales and front of house were all amazing to deal with. Taken a stressful situation and turned it into a pleasant experience. Information given to me was accurate and honest. Definite considering buying another car from lexus this year!! Can't fault the after service and may it continue.

Shannen Campbell was excellent,knowledgeable,helpful and pleasant. Her manager Adrian also deserves special mention as does the receptionist at the Lexus dealership
