I will never buy a car from any other dealership than you !! From the first point of contact (Shannon) i have never been treated like this in ALL my years of purchasing a car , (TREATED LIKE ROYALTY) every member of staff was so pleasant, came over ,introduced themselves to me ,shook my hand and asked was everything ok with me, your service was second to none , well done Lexus Belfast !! 5star service 😁👍

From the moment i arrived at the Lexus Dealership in Belfast i was given a warm welcome from the lady behind the front desk (sorry i didn't catch her name) and then from Paul Kealey who was very welcoming and professional about the service procedure and the car was returned cleaned and hoovered, and i even received a follow up phone call from Karen asking was i happy with the service, which was a nice touch and appreciated. so overall Lexus Belfast keep up the good work, and your staff are top of their game.
