My interaction was with Karl McErlean and Izzy on the front of house desk. Very impressed with both and Karl’s attention to detail very welcomed. I didn’t meet a senior manager but I appreciated not being introduced to many key people like many dealerships do as it dilutes the rapport with the main contact and I didn’t need that interaction to make my mind up about the sale.
