Karen was as always helpful, efficient and welcoming.

From the moment i arrived at the Lexus Dealership in Belfast i was given a warm welcome from the lady behind the front desk (sorry i didn't catch her name) and then from Paul Kealey who was very welcoming and professional about the service procedure and the car was returned cleaned and hoovered, and i even received a follow up phone call from Karen asking was i happy with the service, which was a nice touch and appreciated.so overall Lexus Belfast keep up the good work, and your staff are top of their game.
