The service in recieving my new RX was impeccable. Shannen Campbell went to extraordinary lengths to turn around and prepare the car in time for a family holiday and even surprised my daughter with birthday gifts. Service above and beyond what would be expected.

The sales person (Shannen) was very personable. A credit to your front of house. She followed up with a phone call and it has been left that if white Lexus Nx Premier becomes available within my price range that she will contact me again.

The service manager was great. I was thinking of starting to use independent service garages in the future to reduce the cost, but now I think I will return to the dealership for next year's service too. I'm grateful and pleased from the whole experience. Many thanks

Disappointed no loan car was offered by Lexus of a similar size as we were going on holiday using our own car.
