It took the salesman to go and enquire about a fault I found with car, was told it was water droplets on back window, when in fact it wasn't as salesperson investigated it further for me. I find service on second service not good ,as they put u off faults you fine. This has always been the case with Toyota and now Lexus I have been a Toyota buyer for a number of yrs. Only the salesperson who sold me car seemed to care as they know I take pride in my car.The reason I gave 5 stars is because of the salesperson he is very good at looking after his customers.

I travelled over from the Isle of Man in 2018 to purchase my car from Charles Hurst in Belfast, and have travelled over every year since to have the car serviced. (See reason below)The original staff are still working for Charles Hurst, Karl McErlean sales, and Karen Massingham service department. Both members of staff are highly professional and a credit to Charles Hurst and Lexus. In 2019 I purchased another car from Charles Hurst for my wife and I intend in returning later this year to change my car.I highly commend the professionalism of Charles Hurst Lexus.(There is a Lexus dealership on the Isle of Man - Jacksons, I approached them about the servicing but they were anything but helpful, as I had not purchased the car from them.) Their loss.!

I am on UK mainland and was enquiring about a Lexus RC which had not been prepared for sale. I had several conversations with Shannen and was more than happy with her assistance, knowledge and helpfulness. I terminated the enquiry because, at that time, there were several used RCs in mainland dealers which were, obviously, much easier for me to access. I am more than happy to purchase from Shannen/yourselves based on the service I have received at the telephone.
