Excellent sevice

The staff who I dealt with on the day I visited were Shannon & Jonathan who were very pleasant to deal with . There was absolutely no pressure on me to buy on the day they actually advised me to go away and think about it. The colour of the car was perfect but I thought if was a bit younger with less miles I would have been more tempted at the moment I’m still undecided.

I thought the woman on the service reception was excellent,she kept me up to date while the service was in progress,so I could get back asap.She was very friendly and efficient.

Everything was fantastic from booking through to servicing. The customer service was brillianr from all of the staff and nothing was a hassle or inconvenience. Karen took time to go through a few things in the car and Adrian made a courtesy call which was great. Overall, this is my first Lexus car and my first experience of Lexus and I am so impressed. The valet of my car was excellent and desperately needed. I woudl highly recommend Lexus

Shannen was more extremely helpful and professional .I should have rang back and accepted the deal. But, I hesitated and someone else bought the LC 500. She fully warned me of another interest, so it was my own fault.I hope you have a similar car soon.
