This is my 5 th Lexus vehicle from Hursts. Lexus make extremely well made vehicles and are ultra reliable. The hybrid system makes for a very comfortable and refined drive that changes seamlessly between electric and petrol power without it being obvious to the occupants. All other makes of motor vehicles need to take lessons from Lexus not only in the design of the cars but their attitude to always treating customers like family and willing to resolve any issue that may arise no matter how small. I would urge anyone looking to change their vehicle to make sure Lexus is put on their short list, then as soon as they drive any Lexus model they will realise what they have missed out . I can assure you that in my own experience Lexus look after their customers and I have recommended them to anyone that has asked for my opinion on Lexus.
