Most impressed by the friendly staff at this dealership and the most efficient way they dealt with my problem. There was no need for a video since I knew what was required. However the Service Manager explained in detail what would be done. My problem was swiftly sorted whilst my wife and I enjoyed an excellent cup of coffee. Could not be more satisfied

My last experience at Boucher road was buying a new Mercedes’ for my mum. In all our dealings we felt out of place and an inconvenience. It was totally the opposite experience at Lexus. I was buying a used car but I was treated like I was buying the latest model. I can’t tell you how grateful I am to have had such a lovely experience and will be sticking with Lexus going forward and advising my friends to do the same. Thank you.

Lexus service first class. Was ready exactly on time and no issues. Friendly staff and very helpful. Rang me to tell me the car was ready and received wee video showing state of brake and tyres. Brilliant.
