Away good service

With the 2015 BBC show "House of cars" implanted in the brain of many a lone female buyer I never thought I would be dealing with Charles Hurst again. ( The hard cell tactics were scary ) but wanting a specific model - Lexus, I had to steel myself & was armed for a difficult negotiation. I could not have been more pleasantly surprised. Adam Fletcher was a joy to deal with. Wonderfully conversant & knowledgeable I even made my purchase decision on the first visit, which was not my intention. Glad to see you have re-booted your approach.
