I went to purchase a vehicle but the one I was after had just been sold. I was able to purchse another on of the same type from another dealer and my enquirey was about a service plan.I shall be using Lexus Belfast for my future services. Also I did not receive an owners handbook with the vehicle I purchased woulsd it be possible to source one from you?

A more immediate online bookings system would be preferable, although is far from a deal breaker for me. Also, services have become notably more expensive, which would make me just begin to consider whether I could get them done elsewhere.

Unfortunately I was unable to agree a suitable deal to make a purchase towards a fifth Lexus vehicle. Although this was disappointing I have made a purchase elsewhere within the Charles Hursts group.

Very accommodating, provided my wife and I with transportation into Belfast and back to pick up my car, Lexus Belfast even removed a nail and repaired the tyre free of charge, a great service from start to finish

Sales person,Shannen, in Belfast was an asset being extremely pleasant and with great communication skills.
