I found the assistance of both Karl and Jonathan practical, detailed, patient and personable. My car is not my hobby so many of my questions will have been frustrating and seemed insignificant but these men had the courtesy, empathy and professionalism to provide expertise at my level without condescension or haste. I'm grateful.

A very pleasant experience enabling us to trade in our old Lexus , buy our new Lexus and take it home within a couple of days. We were offered service and insurance plans but there was nothing pushy and the car sales executive Adam and the Centre Manager Jonathon were excellent at explaining the procedures and options as we went along. The software was also fantastic (very user friendly ) as it enabled us to sign the paperwork remotely, automatically returning the documents once signed. Top marks and thanks to the Lexus team for creating a great customer experience 😊
