A very pleasant experience enabling us to trade in our old Lexus , buy our new Lexus and take it home within a couple of days. We were offered service and insurance plans but there was nothing pushy and the car sales executive Adam and the Centre Manager Jonathon were excellent at explaining the procedures and options as we went along. The software was also fantastic (very user friendly ) as it enabled us to sign the paperwork remotely, automatically returning the documents once signed. Top marks and thanks to the Lexus team for creating a great customer experience 😊

A visit to Lexus Belfast is always a pleasure. I have been attending Lexus Belfast for more than 10 years now and have always enjoyed the experience. The Staff, Front of House, Service and Sales are all excellent and ever so helpful. As there was nothing needing do on our vehicle a video was not necessary. We were kept fully up to date with progress at all stages of the service
