The initial experiencing when I contacted Hurst's to report a mechanical breakdown and to ask for help (Adam dealt with me on the telephone) was appalling. I ended up by-passing the telephone service and delivering my car in person to the Lexus dealership. From that point onwards, the Service Manager, Adrian took ownership and control of the issue with my car and he was nothing short of fabulous.
