Calling to get an appointment for as the only issue- took 3/4 calls and a bit of persistence

Customer service was excellent.However Some Information about the car Was Different on different web sites the car was advertised on. E.g. Ebay, Autotrader, Lexus.

I had not planned to purchase a new car this week but everything was presented to me in such a welcoming manner that I had no regrets in going forward. The sales team seemed genuinely willing to work with me in an inviting offer.

Excellence in all aspects of the customer experience, despite the constraints of Covid-19

Excellent care and attention by Adrian on my visit this Tuesday. Disappointed no car wash and hoover as part of visit but Covid rules prevent this service, I was told.
