Very happy with car but unfortunately I was not impressed with the salesman. This is because on different occasions he said he would send me on information and he did not. I had to call him or email him to remind him. I sent emails to him enquiring about payment and also to enquire had he received my payment but no response so I had to call again. I would certainly and will deal with Charles Hurst in Belfast again but with a different salesman.

Handling of me as a customer was top tier, it was made to be very easy to get a look at a range of really nice cars, I was listened to by James C, my needs were accurately translated to the appropriate range of vehicles and I was able to make my selection painlessly (given that I detest car decisions) The purchase and trade in was minimally fussy, all handled very well and every minor detail was carefully taken care of by James. All my questions were answered quickly and overall I cannot fault the experience at all.

Generally excellent, didn't like documentation on the app which could only be actioned on my mobile and ended signing-up to a lot of things I could not read. The extended warranty/service was to a company I had never heard of and could not see the point of - would have preferred it to be in the name of Charles Hurst.
