Staff are very good. Nice experience at dealer. Dealership very good at responding to any issues. However, used cars are not being prepared or valeted to the standard expected by customers, by the external valeting company they use.

Picking up car and test drive was great, bit disappointed to come back from the test drive to be told car was basically sold to a dealer and no longer available.

I was impressed with the way the handover was carried out by Sarah Jane who explained everything about the car and then surprised me with the fact that the car was on the other side of a mirrored wall. Really lovely experience.
