We had a really pleasant visit the day we picked up our new LBX. James (Childs) made us feel very welcome and we felt like VIPs for the time we were there. He was very enthusiastic and complimentary about the car and gave pointers for driving the car as it was out first automatic transmission.

Sarah Jane was extremely helpful , patient and welcoming. She was friendly and attentive during our visit and maintained this approach with a follow up video. She was also well informed and a good listener. Although we didn't chose a Lexus this time Sarah Jane is the type of sales person who is a pleasure to do business with.
