Had to come in because I was told a part would be ordered and I would receive a call, but the call never came. Came in, made an appointment in person three weeks later. Came in for the appointment, had the oil changed, but they said the part ordered was in the "wrong box." Had to wait another month for the part.The test drive was over 15 miles!Friendly, prompt, but very very expensive. I felt like the bill was padded --why did I have to pay $150 for a diagnostic when we had to order a part to fix what we knew was already wrong?

From start to finish it was an excellent experience.Outstanding service!

One important feature was not listed for the car we eventually purchased. The salesman checked and found that the desire (sunroof) was on the carSalesman was knowledgeable and helpful. Facility was clean and welcoming. Service Manager was informative
