The offer we received that we had agreed upon was payoff.On our trade in vehicle, which, in the end, they did not pay the total payoff and left us with a little over eight hundred dollars to pay towards the payoff of the trade.In vehicle. Lesson learned.I addressed all of this in my initial review.Please read that.The service was great.The only thing I would have to say is that we specifically asked about spare tires, being a part of the vehicle multiple times with every vehicle that we looked at with the understanding that we needed to have a spare tire.Because we live in rural wyoming, and don't always have cell service. We asked specifically about the vehicle that we bought, and we're told that the spare tire was in the hatchback underneath.The tray. We trusted that this was true and didn't check and got home.And there is no spare tire to this vehicle. When I called back inquiring about this again, the salesperson made it sound like he had told us which he did not.And I believe it was just that he did not know.And it was getting late when we were there.And maybe he just didn't want to check. I don't think it was done maliciously or with ill.Intent whatsoeverI just don't think that he had been a salesman long enough to know the vehicle inside and out.And wasn't careful enough to take the time to check. Lesson learned on my part for sure. All in all the sales gentleman rob was very accommodating, kind spoke to us with respect.And we would most likely buy from him again.

I kept getting asked to get more than the gap insurance that I wanted. I was asked multiple times. No means no.Salesmen should smile and acknowledge customers.My salesman was courteous and very helpful. The other salesmen were very rude to me and my son . I also didn’t like being asked to put down a deposit 3 times as I wanted to see the car first and explained that each time. I also told salesman that I didn’t care if he sold it before I could look at car. Still was asked for a deposit again.Dirty looks from other salesmen

While at service, was confronted to buy a new car by the sales dept after Im having a terrible experience with the service there. Unprofessional and pushy given the situation and continued after I said I will never buy from this dealer.Dislike getting the estimate invoice to approve and oil change was done with everything they recommend without telling me about it. If I did want the other options, by the time he sent the quote, it would require me to come back and I didnt have time. All around, poor communication.Offered preference of communication but didnt use it.

The process was very easy and quick. There are a few different waiting areas inside with snacks and drinks offered. That is a nice touch.When i arrived a alittle early for my appt they were ready for me. They got me in and out quickly, with no unexpected problems.
