Liccardi Motors is a very safe place for me. I feel at home when I am there. Excellent sales and service. I have bought 3 Mitsubishi's there since 2019

The only downside was as mentioned previously - hubcap over valve on the front tire and a fair amount of whatever would be under the hubcaps after doing the brakes. Not a big deal, but the hubcaps can be a pain to take off and put back on. I was at home when checking the pressure, so I just went in and washed all the grease(?) off my hands.I did not talk to the service advisor, but it would let me skip the above, so just checked off yes on everything except the listened to my needs. That because of the previously mentioned oil change and tire pressure light.Everything I wanted to share had been mentioned in previous comments. At this point, I am not planning to have further service done there.Payment options had not been explained (as far as I know) prior to the work being done - i.e. cash or check (preapproved) or 3.5% surcharge on credit and debit card payments.

I just would like to thank Scott Hirsch he is always so helpful and he most definitely goes out his way to satisfy his customers because I was so satisfied when I left. You get in and out. I just can't wait to go back liccardi dealership to purchase my next vehicle because I get all of my vehicles from liccardi dealership I just love their car selections very nice. I will always choose liccardi. Thank you for your outstanding service and excellent service teamBecause the service is very outstanding they really make sure that they take care of their customers. I'm very satisfied

Would recommend, straight forward deal no nonsense like other dealers and got a great price on my trade inFast easy deal, no extra fees or nonsense, Hakim took care of all my questions etc.. no pressure .
