I did explain my concern with lights turning on inside the vehicle.Tire light lites on then goes off. The wrench symbol was present. I had to fix it myself.The company did change the oil and the people in the office very professional.Professional and helpful

The complete staff in the service department are great. Service associate Artie and service technician Frank a great.My service experience was great. My waiting time was very mineral. And every part of my service was clearly explained to me.

The part was hard to get and the Mitsubishi service tech is not available everdayOld waiting area with free coffee. Seats not too comfortable. Would like a quiet area to do work on laptopMy heat is not working in my 2019 Outlander. I brought it in and was told the filter was clogged. The filter was changed and the heat was warm not hot for a few days then stopped. I brought it back and they changed the filter but it not was not even warm afterwards. Now they say it is the heater core. That is a big service where they take out the whole dashboard and very expensive. They don't even know if that will fix the problem! I am not willing to pay for another (more) expensive service that might not fix the problem. So now I paid for a service that did not fix the problem and I am cold and not happy. I don't think I will buy another Mitsubishi.Service advisor was great. Need to make cars with easier to access parts so the service can be done without dismantling the dashboard to get at it (15 hour job). Even changing the filter was a big service and filters are meant to be changed! Make it easier to diagnose problems. I need to know that when a bring a problem in it will be fixed the first time and not take multiple service calls to fix the problem. I was willing to put money into the car but the time and amount I have to pay to fix this problem (if this is the problem) is unreasonable. I always thought that the Japanese auto manufactures had better quality standards then the American ones, but I see that is not true. As you can tell I am not happy. I can deal with no cold air but hot air is a must for me.

Everyone at this location is Friendly and very Professional, Kudos to the Service ManagerArt.❤️🌹I brought my Eclipse Cross from Mitsubishi in Green Brook, New Jersey, in 2024, I get my vehicle serviced there every 5000 miles, the Service Manager Art is Amazing along with everyone in the Service Department, the waiting room is very clean, always a pleasant experience.
