The Mitsubishi mechanic is not there very often on SaturdaysCar was returned not fixed three times for same issue!Still waiting on the supervisor Jeremy to call us back on his next possible solution on how to fix our car which has been over a week now. We understand holidays may play a factor but Monday will be two weeks without a return call.When the supervisor last called us and wanted us to bring in the car and leave it there my husband inquired about a rental car and we were told there was none. Which is a problem since we have small children and due to my health I can not drive right now. We are still waiting almost two weeks later for a callback.The woman who checked us in is always lovey and we do not blame her for the issues

The employees there were so helpful in helping me understand how my new car works. Went over where all the buttons were and even on my first oil change was was gonna be needed in the next six months. I will definitely be going back

I did not mind leaving my car off but it took an extra day to get the part.I have a few problems with the car which have not been resolved. The driver's window does not seat properly. It drops down a slight bit and rattles slightly. They looked at it and changed a part but it still is a problem. The heat does not work great. I did not notice a problem until last year. I also get an acceleration reduced warning when it is cold out which also started last year. Are they related? They changed the cone shaped filter which helped a little but the heat is not great and the reduced acceleration light still comes on. The last problem is the communication with the remote control app. I keep getting communication errors and it will not connect. I used it all the time to warm up the car on cold winter mornings. No one knows what to do. The dealer says it is an app problem. I called Mitsubishi through the Contact Us on the website and there is no way to get ahold of a technical person or someone who manages the app. Please contact me and we can discuss the issues.
