The entire team was phenomenal. Robert, Ken, Anthony, and Paul were all super patient, friendly, and professional. They explained everything very well and never made us feel rushed. The overall experience was good. I have been a long standing Liccardi customer over the years. Going from a Dodge Challenger to a Dodge Durango, to now a Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV. Obviously, three dramatically different vehicles, but Liccardi Mitsubishi, Dodge, Ram always assists my needs when needed. I met Robert Stradling for the first time usually I deal with Enin or Brian King. Robert was very easy to talk to and he knows his craft. He was very knowledgeable about the Mitsubishi Outlander and answered all the questions I had about the vehicle. Robert S. is a great example of a fantastic and compassionate salesman. Our payment was aligned after we were going to leave. The ad on line and conversation with Ben, the internet sales guy was a scam to get us in there. He said we never mentioned wanting the 0%! They didn’t want us to walk.Our salesman was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Overall we were very happy.We were very happy with our salesman Hakem Blake. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He answered all of our questions.The way the price was listed, it appeared that after all Liccardi discounts there was another $2000 or 0% financing. We called to confirm was told yes, When we got there it was “nope , you never said anything about 0% finance”. We were going to leave. They “ found” more value in my trade in. We worked it out.
