Lifetime Living Management is doing a great job—I truly appreciate it. Especially Allison, the leader—she’s been such a lucky charm for me. Whenever I make a request, she handles it promptly and efficiently. I’m very satisfied with their service.

thermostat is still not explained to my satisfaction. Edgar and Rob came to do work on the water heater and lastly spoke about the thermostat. Rob set it manually and said, it’s easy to set the thermostat. When they left, the thermostat reverted back to its own setting preference, rather than our manual setting. The thermostat is a complex device, not a simple minded thing. It’s not easy, as Rob said. Rob doesn’t know because he doesn’t have to use the thermostat! Edgar’s statement showed a simplistic understanding of the device when he said, the thermostat was set at 59°F, as if that explained everything. Yes, it was sent on 59°. It reverts back to a setting of 59°F during the day. It sets itself on 59°F during the day because it’s warmer during daylight whether it’s summer or winter. It sets itself on 69°F at night. Rob and Edgar didn’t explain that. Why? Because they don’t understand the device, not really. They just said, if you set it manually, it will stay where you set it. Not true. I am the one who is experiencing the thermostat, not Rob. I need the manual that explains the thermostat, asking for the umpteenth time.
