I think Edgar is phenomenal. He was actually the maintenance man that I preferred. He actually knocks on the door just doesn’t walk in. He gives me a courtesy call right before arriving, which I appreciate so much very friendly super polite and he execute the task every time. And my personal experience from what I witnessed he’s the most hard working maintenance man we had.
