Miss Farrah and Dr Zhen made me feel comfortable and thoroughly explained my care plan to bring my teeth back to a healthy state. They never made me feel uncomfortable or ashamed.The front desk, both the check-in and the checkout receptionist were excellent and in explaining insurance coverages and out-of-pocket cost.Thank you for making me feel comfortable after years of not going to dentist for being ashamed of my teeth.

Great experience with Dr. Zhao, he knows what he’s doing gave a great explanation and expectation. Dental assistance, Janice is really nice and did a great job helping doctor. Staffs are great.

The dentists were really professional and good and I have no complaint on that. But at the end, they charged me for fluoride application without even informing me. This is my first time and I did ask that I want everything to be covered in insurance. This is a sneaky and cheap behaviour doing something without asking and then charging me at the end! I expect honesty when I am receiving a paid service

Coming from the VA experience was beyond my normal treatment better quality equipment and my teeth never felt better thanks to my hygienist

Great place, pleasant staff. Only thing I was little upset about is that Dentist wasn’t called in to do a quick exam or to look at x-rays like they do do in many places.. I have some discomfort from a tooth I told the tech . No I have to wait almost 3 weeks to get seen
