I have left multiple messages to renew the lease at 4019 Knoll Apt 10 in Hamburg. My son has left for the summer and we are 3.5hrs away so we need to renew lease from a distance. The winter plowing and shoveling the side walks. They go days sometimes without being salted and shoveled. The plowing of parking lot os horrendous. Im surprised you haven't been sued yet.Mary

The management does an amazing job, keeping everything running smoothly and the people here rely on that. their professionalism and attention to detail make a big difference for everyone who lives here. their maintenance people fix whatever problem you have very quickly

Last summer, the pool was not open at all. I was told it was because it needed work so every day when I passed by the pool, I looked for somebody who might be working on it.. for a year now not one person has worked on that pool and summer is coming up in a few months. Are we going to keep pool clothes for another summer?? that pool is very big part of the reason I chose Lincoln Square

Overall I was disappointed with the move-in process. When viewing the apartment I was assured by a team member that maintenance would fix visible problems and clean the apartment. This never happened and now we are stuck trying to fix and clean the apartment. Likewise, nothing was explained to us regarding putting in a maintenance request or paying rent. I've had to contact the front office multiple times to ask questions that I feel should have been addressed during move-in.

I feel that the neighbors were terrible. I was harassed in many occasions. The facilities were below standard…basement, washer and dryer, pool wasn’t even open. The shoveling was ok but not enough. I would not move back not recommend this place to anyone
